Return policy: Soldiershop will always change and re-deliver an item if it is defective in any way with the exception of items lost in posting if sent via ordinary mail service. Please note that our refund policy is only for the exchnage of the item and does not include the reimburshment of cash. . All e-book purchases are non-refundable. 

How to return a defective item: Please  re-package items and include copy of your order. The return address is: Soldiershop.co via Padre Davide 7, 24050 Zanica (BG) Italy. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to you as a special bonus to shop on our website, but please note that the delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or if the product is faulty. The eventual cost will be the same or less than our  shipping costs.
